This was my first trip to Hardy's Hardware and a Lowe's worker suggested them after selling wrong parts several time. The blonde cashier was very knowledgeable and polite. They knew right when they saw the tub stem and knob what I needed. Very pleasant visit. She was very encouraging to me.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. Everything a big box store has without the big box feeling .

Best guys in the business. Went to three other “hardware” stores looking for a part to a very old toilet with no luck and even one “specialist” saying he’d never seen that before. Within 30 seconds of walking into Hardy’s, the gentleman greeted me and knew EXACTLY the part I needed. And for only $14. 10/10

The store is clean, stocked with a wide variety of hardware tools and material, and has great staff who are always helpful and informative. They’re literally waiting on you to arrive! You get better help than the big box stores not including their products are usually in stock & available. I literally feel like I’m taking a chance (getting what I went for) by shopping anywhere else!
